Talk to the person who runs it

FrameFlow is operated by one person, not a support organisation. That makes the routing simple: everything below reaches the same mailbox, and it is read.

Email

The fastest route for any question, request, or report. Include enough detail to identify what you are asking about — a date, a platform, or the page you were on.

Disconnect an account

You can revoke FrameFlow's access from the platform itself at any time — for TikTok, under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. Revoking there immediately stops FrameFlow from posting or reading anything.

Delete stored data

Write to the address below and say what you want removed. Media files, publication history, and stored credentials can all be deleted; deleting a publication record does not remove a post that has already gone live on a platform.

Report a problem

If something looks wrong — an unexpected post, a security concern, a page that will not load — send the details and the approximate time it happened, and it will be looked into.

Questions

Common questions

How do I get access to the studio?
You cannot sign up. FrameFlow is a single-operator workspace, self-hosted, with no public registration. The sign-in page exists for the operator of this deployment. If you are reviewing the application and need to see the studio, ask for credentials at the contact address below.
Is FrameFlow a hosted service I can subscribe to?
No. There is no FrameFlow cloud, no billing, and no shared tenancy. Each deployment runs on a server its operator administers, against social accounts that operator already owns.
What data do you hold about me if I have never used it?
None. FrameFlow only stores media the operator generates or uploads, the publication attempts they queue, and the credentials they connect. Visiting this website does not create an account or a profile.
How quickly are messages answered?
This is a personal project rather than a staffed support desk, so allow a few days. Messages about a security issue or a data-deletion request are prioritised.
Where are the terms and the privacy policy?
Both are published on this site and readable without signing in — see the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. They name the operator, the contact address, and the jurisdiction whose law applies.
