Terms of Service

These terms govern use of FrameFlow (the “Service”), a private media workspace operated by James Zhang at https://frameflow.website. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FrameFlow lets a single authorised operator generate media with xAI, upload their own media, compose captions, preview the result, and publish it to social accounts they have connected — currently TikTok, YouTube, and X. Publishing runs through each platform’s official API using credentials you supply.

The Service is self-hosted and single-operator. There is no public registration and no account is created for anyone other than the operator of this deployment.

You represent that you:

• meet the minimum age required by every platform you connect;
• own, or are explicitly authorised to manage, each social account you connect; and
• keep your workspace password and platform credentials confidential.

You are responsible for everything published through your connected accounts. Connecting an account you do not control is a breach of these terms and of the platform’s own terms.

Anything you publish through the Service remains subject to the destination platform’s rules — including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where those rules and these terms differ, the platform’s rules govern what you may post.

The Service does not scrape cookies, automate passwords, circumvent rate limits, or bypass any platform approval or review process. It calls documented APIs with credentials issued to you.

You must not use the Service to:

• publish content you do not own or have the rights to distribute;
• post spam, bulk or repetitive content, or run coordinated inauthentic activity;
• publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person;
• misrepresent AI-generated media as real footage of real people or events; or
• violate any applicable law or third-party right.

Media produced by the Service is generated by an AI model. Platforms including TikTok require AI-generated content to be disclosed, so the AI-generated label is enabled by default on every post and is sent to TikTok as the is_aigc flag. You are responsible for keeping that disclosure accurate and for any additional labelling a platform or law requires.

You keep all ownership of the prompts, media, and captions you create or upload. We claim no licence to your content and do not use it to train models. The Service transmits it only to the AI provider that generates it and to the destination you select, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. It runs on a single self-hosted server with no service-level commitment, and it depends on third-party APIs that may change, rate-limit, reject, or remove content at any time. A successful upload is not a guarantee that a platform will keep the post live.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, James Zhang is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for lost content, lost revenue, failed or delayed publication, or the suspension of any platform account arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting each platform in Connections and revoking the app’s access in that platform’s own settings. We may suspend the Service at any time, including where use of it breaches these terms or a platform’s rules.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of China. Questions: zhangyang8605@gmail.com.

FrameFlow 供单一授权运营者使用 xAI 生成媒体、上传自有媒体、撰写文案、预览效果，并发布到其已连接的社交账号（目前为 TikTok、YouTube 和 X）。 发布均通过各平台官方 API 完成，使用您自行提供的凭据。

本服务为自托管、单用户模式，不提供公开注册，也不会为本部署运营者以外的任何人创建账号。

您声明并保证：

• 已达到所连接各平台要求的最低年龄；
• 对所连接的每个社交账号拥有所有权或已获得明确授权管理；
• 妥善保管工作台密码与各平台凭据。

通过您已连接账号发布的一切内容均由您负责。连接您无权控制的账号，构成对本条款及该平台条款的违反。

通过本服务发布的内容仍受目标平台规则约束，包括 TikTok 服务条款与社区自律公约。当平台规则与本条款不一致时，以平台规则为准。

本服务不抓取 Cookie、不自动化填充密码、不规避速率限制，也不绕过任何平台的审核流程，仅使用您所持凭据调用公开文档中的 API。

您不得使用本服务：

• 发布您不拥有或无权传播的内容；
• 发送垃圾信息、批量或重复内容，或从事有组织的虚假行为；
• 发布违法、仇恨、骚扰、欺骗、色情或冒充他人的内容；
• 将 AI 生成内容伪称为真实人物或真实事件的实拍素材；
• 违反任何适用法律或第三方权利。

本服务产出的媒体由 AI 模型生成。包括 TikTok 在内的平台要求对 AI 生成内容进行标注，因此每次发布默认开启AI 生成标记，并以 is_aigc 字段发送给 TikTok。您有责任确保该标注准确，并满足平台或法律要求的其他标注义务。

您完整保留对所创建或上传的提示词、媒体和文案的所有权。我们不主张任何许可，也不将其用于模型训练。 本服务仅将其发送至生成媒体的 AI 服务商及您选定的目标平台，详见隐私政策。

本服务按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不作任何形式的保证。它运行于单台自托管服务器，无服务级别承诺， 并依赖可能随时变更、限流、拒绝或下架内容的第三方 API。上传成功不代表平台会持续保留该作品。

在法律允许的最大范围内，James Zhang 不对任何间接、附带或后果性损失负责，亦不对内容丢失、收入损失、发布失败或延迟， 以及因使用本服务导致的平台账号被封禁承担责任。

您可随时停止使用本服务：在“连接”页面断开各平台连接，并在该平台设置中撤销本应用的授权。 若使用行为违反本条款或平台规则，我们可随时暂停本服务。
